LaMMA holds partnerships in many international projects. Most recent ones are described hereafter.

A complete list is available at the page Progetti, in Italian.

IMPACT

International project - Started in 2017

IMPACT aims to develop monitoring tools for the management of marine protected areas located close by port areas. The goal is to establish cross-border plans for sustainable management for protected areas that take also into account the development needs of the ports, cornerstones of the Blue Growth Directive. Thanks to a web GIS platform, the project will provide, to the relevant authorities, an interoperable common tool for the management of marine protected areas. The project will use an innovative and multidisciplinary modelling, based on the first cross-border network of measurement and monitoring of marine currents.
