The meeting will be held in Accademia dei Georgofili, located in Logge Uffizi Corti, Firenze. It is in the center of Firenze, just nearby the Uffizi Gallery.

The city of Florence is served by the Amerigo Vespucci International Airport. The airport is located 11km from the city center and is connected to the city center by bus, taxi and passenger shuttle services. Information concerning timetables and schedules can be retrieved at the airport's website.

Alternatively, low-cost airlines offer regular frequencies from several cities in Europe to Pisa airport and Bologna airport. Both cities offer regular train services to Florence's central station Santa Maria Novella.

 

TrenItalia and Italo, the largest train carriers in Italy offer regional and high-speed trains from main cities such as Rome, Milan, Turin and Venice, to Florence. Fares and ticket reservations can be made at their websites.

The best way to visit Florence is by foot. Alternatively, the Metropolitan City of Florence has a wide connection of bus lines and a tram to move around.
